I began this blog in early 2020, hoping to deliver a number of simple but delicious recipes to anyone who loves baking just as much as me! This blog began as a way of spending time productively during the lockdown. What is important to me is not just making these recipes easy, but also not using too many obscure ingredients that not many people keep in their cupboards.

Hi! I'm Siân, creator of Siâni Choux. I am 16 years old and I love to bake. You're probably wondering where the name came from. Well, from a young age my nickname was Siâni Shoe, so it just seemed perfect to name my website after my nickname and my favourite type of pastry!
I made this blog because firstly, I love baking, but secondly, I thought it would be a great way to share my favourite recipes with my friends and family.
